Which option do I choose on the store?

Pick a color and a seat count, then a layout. For 2, 3 or 4 seats, choose “Standard Sofa”, “L-Shaped with Ottoman” (one ottoman) or “U-Shape Sofa with Ottoman” (two). Single pieces are under “1 seater”: LSF, RSF, Armless Sofa or Ottoman. Other combinations on the store, such as “1 seater / Standard Sofa”, aren’t real options. The layout builder above shows the exact option for your pick.

What do LSF and RSF mean?

Left-hand facing and right-hand facing. Stand in front of the chair and look at it: an LSF piece has its arm on your left, an RSF piece has its arm on your right.

Can I add pieces later?

Yes. Each chair and the ottoman are sold on their own, and the pieces join underneath with metal brackets. Order add-ons in the same color as your sofa.

Do the cushions come off?

Yes. The seat and back cushions rest on the frame, so you can lift them off to plump, turn or vacuum under them. The covers aren’t removable, so treat it as spot or wipe clean.

Do the cushions arrive compressed?

Yes. They’re vacuum-packed so each piece fits in a flat box. Unwrap them as soon as they arrive and give them time to fully puff up before judging the feel. Patting and turning them helps.

How hard is it to put together?

You screw four wooden feet into each base, fit the metal brackets, line the pieces up and lock them together, then set the cushions on. Tools and a manual are included. The setup video above shows every step.

How firm is it?

Medium. The maker’s comfort scale puts it between soft and firm: you sink in a little, but it holds you up. The seat combines high-density foam with pocket springs.

Will the seat feel too deep?

It’s 22.8 inches to the back cushion, or 17.7 inches with the lumbar pillow in place. Keep the pillow behind you to sit upright, or move it to curl up.

Will the color match the photos?

Close, but check it in your own light. The store’s photos are 3D renders, and chenille looks warmer under lamps and cooler in daylight. Matching a rug or paint? Email us first.

What if something arrives damaged?
