FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. No minimum purchase required.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

DELIVERY TIMES

- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days — Free
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — Calculated at checkout
- Large Items (Saunas): 7–14 business days — Free (freight delivery)

LARGE ITEM DELIVERY

Saunas and oversized items ship via freight carrier. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment. Freight deliveries are curbside.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

- Continental United States only
- No P.O. Boxes for large items
- Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping not available
